I’m a habit strategist, recovering perfectionist, and total personal development junkie who helps busy moms ditch the overwhelm, build effortless routines, and finally feel in control of their lives—without the burnout.

I studied habit psychology, mindset shifts, and the science of behavior change. I even ghostwrote textbook chapters and research articles for top functional medicine doctors (because, yes, I’m that much of a nerd).

But for all my knowledge about discipline, routines, and self-improvement, nothing could have prepared me for the reality check that was motherhood.

I spent most of my life thriving on structure and discipline—the kind that got me through a competitive nursing program with a 3.9 GPA while balancing a part-time job and a gym schedule. I loved personal growth. I loved setting goals. And I loved feeling like I had my life together.

Then, I became a mom.

And suddenly, all my carefully curated routines went out the window.

✨ My time wasn’t mine anymore.

✨ My “go-getter” energy? Gone. Now, I was just getting by.
