Hi, I’m Courtney

I’m a former nurse turned mentor for highly sensitive moms, and I specialize in helping HSP moms like you rediscover calm, confidence, and connection by building simple, sustainable habits designed for your sensitive superpowers.

For years, I thought there was something wrong with me. I was always “extra”—extra emotional, extra drained, extra overwhelmed by things that didn’t seem to faze others. As a nurse, I tried to push through the constant noise, the emotional energy, and the stress of it all, but I hit a wall. Hard.

And that’s when everything started to change....

 

My Journey Into Becoming a Mentor for HSP Moms Started Back in Nursing School….. 

I always knew I felt things deeply—other people’s emotions, stress, and even the environment around me—but I didn’t understand why.

As a nurse, I constantly felt like I was running on empty, and no amount of self-care advice seemed to work.

Overthinking, second-guessing, and carrying other people’s burdens were just part of my daily life.

But One Day, Something Amazing Happened….

When I started working as a researcher for one of the top functional medicine doctors—who also happened to be an HSP herself—I had a massive lightbulb moment:

Finally understanding how my sensitivity worked gave me the tools I needed to completely transform my life. I stopped fighting my sensitivity and started honoring it, building small, manageable habits that worked with my unique needs—not against them.

I left my career as a nurse and went all in on becoming a writer and researcher for functional medicine doctors. It took courage, but I embraced a life that was much better suited for my sensitive self, leaving behind the demanding, high-stress career of nursing.
